A self-service website which combines both search and browse functionalities to provide quick and efficient help to customers.
My responsibilities included collaborating with UX designers to create user flows and wireframes, interaction and visual design, presenting to client, accessibility, prototypes and style guides. Features I worked on include branch finder, contact panel and contact directory.

Customers can contact Barclays via phone, email, web chat, post, social media or in person at a branch.
Customers can filter contacts by topic, and have access to specialized support teams.
Triggering the contact panel from an answer page will display relevant contacts only.
An easy-to-use locator which helps customers to easily find and get directions to the intended branch.
