About me

With over a decade of experience, I lead Design & Research teams to deliver joined-up, human-centered services by blending 🕵🏻‍♂️ Service Design, 🧐 User Research, 🎯 Design Strategy, and 📱 Product Design across the full journey from discovery to delivery.

I’ve worked across the public, private, and civic sectors, collaborating with organisations such as the NHS, the British Council, Wellcome Trust, FutureLearn, and Barclays. I’ve also worked with consultancies including AKQA, IBM iX, EY Seren, and R/GA, often helping to shape their approach to service design and research delivery.

With a background in Design, Research Methods, and Economics, I help organisations tackle complexity, align stakeholders, and make evidence-based decisions to shape services that create both human and business impact. I'm currently collaborating with Pixelmatters while also serving as co-founder at Studio Oto.
