Verizon Fios TV
W12 studios worked with Verizon, the largest wireless telecommunications provider in the US, to create the digital experience for Verizon Fios, a bundled TV, internet and telephone service.
My responsibilities included data gathering, initial sketches and wireframing; developing and applying consistent interaction models; visual design, iconography and style guides; presenting to client on a weekly basis; and workshops with the client.
I was mainly involved with the TV experience, in features that included out-of-box experience, featured and program info pages, voice and text search, notifications, troubleshooting, and settings.
